Trampoline Feature:

1. Jumping mat: Made in USA.

2. Foam pad: Epe, closed-cell foam that will not absorb water, mildew or lose shape.

3. Pad: Pvc(500d, 500d) fabric.

4. Tubes: Galvanized inside and outside.

Products details:

1. Galvanized steel frame:
The most important part is a good quality trampoline frame. The thickness of the metal, the size of the pipe and the quality of the welds will determine the trampoline frame lifespan. Most use the 38*1.5mm galvanized steels, we offer 40*2.0mm.

2. Super high-strength springs:
The length and spring quantity can give you a good bounce. And the resiliency (the recoil) of the spring is also an important part for a good trampoline. All of our trampoline springs are 170*28*3.4mm which are designed for a fantastic bounce.

3. High-quality pads:
Most trampoline injuries happen when landing on trampoline pad awkwardly. Make sure the trampoline pad is thick enough (at least 1inch thickness) and has goodcushion to protect you get hurt from springs. We strongly recommend you use eva orsimilar but not epe. There is also very important to make sure it is wide enough tocover all of your trampoline springs.

4. Imported mats:
Pp mesh requires grade a or #1 polypropylene as some companies call it. Anything other than that is not acceptable for trampoline use. Make sure it has at least 710# bursting strength per square inch. Make sure the threading that used is uv -resistant.

5. Safety netting
The mesh of the safety net is made from super strong and flexible terylene thread and the intelligent design uses a free standing net to minimalise the risk of accidents involving the upright posts. The netting also attached to the rings of the bounce mat ensuring little hands cannot get to the springs. The netting is sourced from a company that manufacture deep sea fishing netting and is both uv treated and weather resistant. The net incorporates pvc covers that slide over the enclosure poles protecting the foam and ensuring the longevity and safety of the trampoline. The safety netting entrance is closed with a thick zipper and further secured with plastic clasps. The zipper can be opened from inside and outside the trampoline enclosure. The plastic claps can only be easily opened from outside the trampoline enclosure.

How to make an order for trampoline park?
 
Step one: 
If you want to set up an trampoline park, please send up back the layout of floor plan for your location.It will be appreciated if you send us CAD format.If you don't have CAD format file,please send me details size for your site.
(Pay attention: 1. If there were some obstacle like columns existed in your area, you need to make clearly about the column size and the distance from columns to 4 sides,and the details size for the columns,and where is the columns)

2. Please marked the height, especially the minimum height.

Step two: 
Please confirm the following informations so we can get to know your requirements more clearly.

1. Where is the door/entrance for the trampoline park? 

2. Which color/activities do you like? 

3. How old the kids who will use this trampoline park? 

4. Do you have budget for this project for indoor trampoline park? 

5. Also you can feedback us the accessories or activities you want to put inside this trampoline park. 

6. Is there any fire exit we need pay attetion in your trampolines?

7. Do we need leave some areas for rest room or reception?

Step three: 
After geting detailed information, our professional designer will gives a perfect design according to your requirements for free. Or you can choose our current designs and amend it according to your area sizes. Also if you have any ideas for our design,please inform me,we will improve and update per your requirements.

Step four: 
Negotiate about the price and confirm the details for the design, sign the contract. 

Step five: 
Our payment term is T/T , we will start production after we received 30% deposit, usually our production time is 25 days. 

Before the delivery, we will set up the frame of the indoor trampoline park and take photos. 

Text installation: 

Step six: 
Shippment: If you have your own shippment forwarder, you can arrange shippment by yourself. If you required, we also can arrange shippment for you by our forwarder. You can tell us the nearest port to your place and we will consult the shippment cost for you. 

Installation: We have professional installation instruction, but if your required, we also can arrange our technical workers to go to your country to build the installation for trampoline park. You have to charge for the cost of round-trip tickets, the visa, arrange the food and hotel and pay extra USD120 per worker per day for salary. 

Warranty time: All the components have one year warranty, if there was any problems for our equipments within one year, you can just feedback to us and we will provide new ones for free.

The delivery time will depend on the quantity of your order and how many order we are under processing. 
Usually the delivery time is about 15-30 days.Sometimes we have to extend the delivery time as we have some big orders from the government. If you need some samples, we can finish it in 4-8 days if you are urgent.
